Rock The Revolution
MTV2 Bay Area and Comcast challenged local artists to compete for the once in a lifetime shot to open Linkin Park’s Projekt Revolution. 159 artists entered and after more than 890,000 votes, the fans declared their top 12 picks. MTV2’s music panel reviewed each finalist and after much deliberation, they have selected the 3 below artists to represent the Bay Area on the Revolution stage at the Shoreline Amphitheatre on August 9th. Thanks to all the artists who participated and to the dedicated fans that continually support the Bay Area music scene. Stay tuned to MTV2 for the best in Bay Area music.
